About You:You are a mobile stylist, salon, barbers, beautician, therapist, spa or verified sole trader who uses the STYLAA platform to manage bookings and grow your business. Hereinafter referred to as "Partner", "you", and "your".
About Your Customers: Refers to individuals who book your services via the STYLAA app.
These Terms:Comprise the Partner Terms of Business, Specific Partner Agreement, and other referenced policies. These are the comprehensive terms of our services to you.
ABOUT THE SERVICES
Marketplace:Our platform showcases your services to a broad customer base, providing tools for visibility and customer engagement.
Partner Page:A customizable webpage featuring your services, hosted on the STYLAA domain or your own, if agreed.
Booking Features:Includes facilities for customers to book and pay for services directly through the app.
Third Party Integration:Utilizes technology like Google Maps and Apple Maps to enhance your service visibility.
MARKETPLACE OPERATIONS
Bookings and Cancellations:
No-Shows and Late Cancellations: Partners will be charged a fee for no-shows or cancellations not made within the agreed timeframe. We retain the right to deduct these fees from your account balance.
Negative Reviews: Continuous negative feedback may lead to suspension or investigation to maintain service quality.
Payment Withdrawals: Can be put on hold during investigations into service quality or disputes.
Refunds: We reserve the right to charge or deduct fees from your balances in instances where customer refunds are required due to service non-compliance.
Account Use and Security:
Account Sharing: Explicitly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension. Each stylist must maintain individual accounts.
ID Verification: Conducted by our security partner, Shufti Pro. All processing by Shufti Pro is securely stored and managed.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
Commission and Fees: Detailed in your Specific Partner Agreement. Includes commissions on bookings and potential fees for service facilitation.
Handling of Payments: All payment processing is managed securely, with the rights to amend fee structures notified in advance.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS
Service Standards: You agree to deliver services that meet high industry standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Compliance and Conduct: Must comply with all relevant laws and maintain professional conduct at all times.
Information Accuracy: Ensure all provided information is accurate and up-to-date, particularly for bookings and service descriptions.
LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
Limitations of Liability: Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, typically covering the fees paid within the last 12 months.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify STYLAA against any losses due to your breach of these terms or any third-party claims relating to your services.
TERM AND TERMINATION
Duration: These terms are effective upon your agreement and continue until terminated by either party.
Termination Rights: Both parties have the right to terminate the agreement with notice, and we may terminate immediately under certain conditions, such as breach of terms or legal infractions.
MISCELLANEOUS
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify terms and will provide notice of these changes.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding user information and business operations.
